We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains
- With all original tags attached and in original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
How to Request a Return Email us at onlinestore@carmenrigall.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
